The studio room we reserved was clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I don’t really know how old the building is, but the tub in our room has visible wear and tear, and the elevators can be a little funky sometimes. Overall it was still a pleasant stay and was worth what we paid for.

My family and I, (2 boys, my husband, and myself) enjoyed 2 nights at the Marriott hotel in Sandestin. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our suite surpassed my expectations it included… a stove top, large refrigerator, a microwave, and all required utensils. The sofa bed provided plenty of room for my boys to play around, the bathroom and bedroom were nicely tucked away yet easily accessible. Over all we enjoyed ourselves very much and will most definitely be returning.

Staffs are friendly and nice. Lobby and room is clean and in great condition. The only thing is the tv in my bedroom is not working, so I used the one in the livingroom. I don't want to give 4 stars because of that, bec everything else is great. Location is great. Walkable to publix and many other shopping places and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The hotel is on great location. Walkable distance from the Grand Boulevard. The room is spacious and the staff was ok, but the carpet in the main/common areas was very old-looking and some areas need better maintenance. They also should provide better breakfast options with better quality. Overall we had good stay.
