Our stay at the Miri Marriott was wonderful. Had a very relaxing time and the food was great. A special mentioned to Mr Roy Abraham who was very kind and helpful. Also, at the poolside, Mr Dave Benjamin, Mr Harry ( not sure of his surname) and Mr Ron McKenzie have been very courteous and provided good service

Short Getaway

The best thing about the Hotel is the pool. Staffs service is average in term of friendliness. Room is clean. Balcony chairs with birds and house lizards droppings.

This Miri Marriott and its sister property Mulu Marriott in Borneo, is fabulous. I injured my leg and they were so attentive without me asking for any assistance, I was pleasantly astounded! The people were just amazing, the service was impeccable, the facilities gorgeous, everything and everyone was very efficient without losing the caring aspect, and total quality service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you and thank you again.

Would not stay again. Food beyond expensive and almost not inedible. The pillows were so hard and flat it was better to sleep without them. Very very disappointment given the amount of money that was spent. A lot of spa treatments that was advertised were not available this was also the case for drinks at the bar. Would not stay again nor recommend.
