Direct view of the Indian ocean from the bed in the mornings and evening is breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for a "devilled chicken" to have with a cold Lion beer. "We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Located a few minutes from the beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Rooms are a great size. Only negative was a very noisy peacock living close by, but we had ear plugs so it didn't disrupt our stay. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. "
