"The room was clean and was well supplied. However, the property was very tired and unkempt in the hallways and the elevators. The front desk was less than cheerful. The Valet were nice and prompt."

"Got in late and was so tired just wanted a shower and go to bed. It was 62 degrees in the room and it was so cold. The toilet was running all night making this high pitched squealing sound. Kept me up most of the evening but was too tired to mention it and find another room. Just here for one night. Wanted to show the video of the toilet and the noise to front desk as I was leaving this morning but there was nobody in sight. This hotel was conveniently located near the venue I was doing an event in so this is why I chose it."
