The Breakfast was great as always in La Quintas. Room was super clean and very comfortable. The staff alsowas great. The gym we did not use ,but saw it . Yes very clean also. Great stayed, very restful.

Comfortable and quiet place

I have visited the hotel on several occasions. As always, the location is amazing. The hotel staff is friendly and humble. The room was comfortable and quiet. It is a good place to stay for some nights

This old building has a musty, damp smell in the room. The beds and pillows aren’t as comfortable as the ones in other franchises of the same chain. However, the customer service is excellent.

Nice and comfortable

Relaxing and comfortable staying. Nice and quiet place, maybe is not close to any mall but the neighbourhood is peaceful. The personal service is nice and friendly. The room has the basic elements to make a comfortable. They always prepare coffee

The property is good for a weekend stay. I would recommend the gym be operational. The equipment didn't work, no water in the water tank, tv inop. Just over all dissatisfied with the ability to get a quick workout in especially since it was raining and an outside walk or jog was not an option. In the room there was not a remote available and upon request was told they were “out”. I expect to be able to watch tv if I choose in a room that has one. Outside of those two things zero complaints.

No tissues, pillows and mattress too soft. Nobody at front for quite a while in the morning. Couldnt' get another towel . Housekeeping did a fabulous job. Really, really needs outlets on walls or lamps that will take a USB plug. Shower head had an annoying leak that dripped loudly during showers. All in all, ok.

We boojed for early check in when we arrived the checked us in room was ready, come to find out after breakfast that the day prior there had been a water line break on first floor of hotel and guests had no water the day before and might not have hot water during the day. About 2 hours after checking in we find out there is no water what so ever not to flush toilet or wash hands. Called front desk and was told they did not have an estimated time for when water would be back. It eventually got turned back on after complaning at front office and asking for a refund to book a diffrent hotel. They gave us $20 after checking out the next day.

I stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Mission and was extremely disappointed with how management handled a serious issue. One of the days we stayed, There was a gas leak at the hotel around 3 a.m., but no one bothered to inform the guests. Their excuse was that it happened during the night, which I find unacceptable considering it was a safety issue. As a result, there was no hot water for at least two days. I left on Sunday, and the problem still hadn’t been resolved—they said they were waiting on the city, but guests were left without basic services. I attempted to request a refund or compensation for the affected nights, but my request was partially ignored. The front desk staff showed very little attention or care. On the other hand, the housekeeping team was excellent—very organized, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, it appears that management and higher-level staff are failing to take responsibility or respond to guest concerns. Overall, a disappointing experience that I would not expect from a hotel under the La Quinta brand.
