We had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Sansui. The hospitality was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. We especially loved the traditional atmosphere of the ryokan, which made the experience feel very authentic and relaxing. The onsen was a highlight of our stay—peaceful, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of travel. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained, and the overall ambiance was calm and serene. This was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a traditional Japanese stay. Beautiful outdoor Onsen. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious. The staff were friendly. We want to come back!

Good facilities (mostly thermal baths), great food but really overpriced for what it is

The entire Roykan was very clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and we had the best time getting to know them and their families. They all were extremely kind and we were most thankful for their friendship.

Very nice onsen, the baths were very comfortable and the outdoor baths were very relaxing. The rooms were big, the personal onsen overlooking the nature was very nice. Would recommend this place, highly.
