The Pan Pacifica hotel in Beijing was a delight to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially for those of us Americans who seem lost in new countries. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food. The rooms were large with plenty of amenities.

Generally the hotel is good but do not stay on the 8th floor. We had 2 different rooms, one on level 8, and the other on another level. The room on level 8 does not have any lift serving it. We had to take the lift to level 7, and lug our heavy luggage to level 8. The room on level 8 does not separate shower area and toilet. When you shower, the toilet bowl is all wet. There's no clothes line in the level 8 room too. The other room on lower level has clothes line to hang laundry.
