"The room was great, and so was the view. The only downside was that there isnโ€™t a front desk area to check in or ask for help. Upon our arrival a security guard pointed to my name on his phone, left for a few minutes and brought back a key. We stayed for 4 nights and no one came to the room to ask if we wanted our sheets or towels changed. Besides that, the restaurants food was also good, however on our third day I get very sick from a breakfast we had. I am more than certain it was the eggs (if youโ€™re coming from the states be aware, dairy products are not pasteurized out here) overall though I say the experience was a 4/5 for our first time here."

"My family of 12 visited for 1 night, we shouldโ€™ve stayed for longer and on a weekend! Their food is good and their amenities are amazing, the staff is nice and helpful. It may be confusing when you come initially since you have to line up in front of the hotel to get it and thereโ€™s already a line by 1pm. That system doesnโ€™t really make sense and it was hard to turn around to get in line. Checking in is also difficult but you eventually get there but we wished there was someone to great us and lead us to where we needed to go. One of the roomsโ€™ faucets didnโ€™t work so that was a minus. Overall would recommend."
