"The flat inside is as you see in the photos they just forgot to mention that is in a building site the builders start making noise at 8am in the morning next door to the apartment there is dust everywhere. The fire alarm went off at 4am there is no security we were outside in the snow. "We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel - the children especially loved it. The service was excellent throughout, and there were so many lovely Polish touches. The location was perfect for us too: close to everything, but away from the madness of Krupówki. The spa was brilliant. The pool never felt too busy, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the sauna area was amazing - three different saunas plus a steam room, with the whole space feeling incredibly calm and relaxing. A really lovely hotel and a great place to come back to after a busy day in the mountain. We’d definitely stay again."
