"Very helpful staff, kind to the kids. Fun concept with sport activities at the hotel for free. The room was nice and clean but a bit warm. Bunk beds in family room not suitable for kids due to big gap between wall and bed. Would be good to fix the gap or add more pillows suitable for filling the gaps."

"The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!"

"Everything about the hotel is wonderful from the Restaurant to the staff to our waiter and to the spa room with a hot tub and the pool , the sauna and the steam room. It was all extremely delightful. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was super comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and we slept so well here. iit was quiet and anything we needed to know , the receptionist helped us , she helped us to make reservations on the train, going to Stockholm and to tour the town, so it was really a very, very nice day. We're very appreciated and will come back soon definitely!"
