"TrÚs déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80⏠pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...

"Super lieu tout neuf au centre dâun beau village de montagne. Accueil chaleureux et dĂ©contractĂ©.
Je regrette le cĂŽtĂ© un peu chantier inachevĂ© de lâĂ©tablissement, les Ă©quipements et la dĂ©coration sont encore trĂšs basiques.
Cela va sâamĂ©liorer, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! Thereâs no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasnât happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."
