The property was within walking distance of many attractions. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything in the hallways. The bed was 2 twins pushed together. The gentleman at the counter was nice and helpful with questions we had. No frills lodging.

Great little hotel, good value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable, check in was easy and friendly with clear instructions on how to access the property after 8pm when there was no front desk. A short, pleasant walk outside of Storico Central, approx 20 min walk from train station. Breakfast was fabulous for $7.50. If you are looking for an economical short stay, highly recommend!

Personal muy amable en la recepción. Habitación, camas y baño limpios. WiFi bueno incluido al igual que el estacionamiento dentro del hotel. Con costo extra disfrutamos de un buen y rico desayuno.

The location of the Hotel is 20-25 mins walk from the train station and only a short walk to the main centre. Check in was very easy and the reception on arrival was excellent. There is a lovely restaurant next door to the hotel and probably the best Gelateria in Modena is only a couple of minutes away. A stunning city. Well worth a visit.

Camera stile anni 30 .... condizioni del bagno pessime!!! Finestre che non si chiudono bene i cui vetri si muovono al passaggio di qualsiasi veicolo Non si può pagare una stanza quasi 70 euro ed offrire una servizio del genere!!!
