It’s a lovely space and the staff are helpful amd welcoming. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. It’s a very new hotel so still in soft launch and a few small issues around housekeeping. Modi’in has not had a hotel before so this is a very welcome addition especially for those Will family or business in the town.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Still, it feels like a new hotel that has not quite found its stride: * I got three different instructions from the receptionist on how to park (1. get the parking ticket validated once, 2. get parking ticket validated upon each entrance, 3. call attendant at parking garage) - none of which worked. I was charged for each entry and exit - and a promised call for "management" to rectify the extra cost doesn't seem to have materialized. * The hotel lacks a fitness center. * The breakfast is nice, but not quite at the level of variety as other business hotels in the country (sfr. Prima Link).

I never had breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. The hotel was excellent in all respects, with the exception of the young man who handled my check in. He was rude and short with answers. I had booked a room with two beds. He refused to even check my reservation. He said he would have staff bring a rollaway bed to the room. I didn't spend $250 per night to have that kind of bed. There was a fire alarm one night and we all went to the lobby in a panic. He never told us when all was clear. I just happened to hear someone else mention it, but he never looked up from his phone. I would have fired him on the spot if I had been management. I love the hotel, and the rest of the staff were excellent, but his attitude and unwillingness to assist was totally unacceptable. If I had not just spent 20 hours on a plane, I would have changed hotels.

The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.

Mi nueva casa en israel

El hotel es hermoso, divino, está ubicado perfectamente , tiene la estación de tren que te conecta con todo israel, el shopping al lado con todas las propuestas que se pueda imaginar , comidas , locales , etc Las habitaciones y baños espectaculares tal como muestra la foto , el desayuno completo , con comidas calientes y frías y el café lo hacen en el bar a tu gusto con variedad de leches para todos los gustos Ricas frutas y patisserie salmón ensalada huevos de todo imposible describir El hotel tiene terraza con jardín abajo con un parque con plantas hermoso, todo 10 puntos Es mi alojamiento para siempre en israel modiin , cerca de Jerusalén y tel Aviv justo en el medio
