An incredible experience

Our short stay was fantastic - we absolutely loved our game drive with Andreas, who is extremely clued-up and very friendly. We were treated well from the moment we got there till our departure. Thank you for your beautiful place and lovely staff - we will definitely see you again.

The location here is wrong. It is actually 1 hour away from the one provided herewith the booking confirmation. That 1 hour becomes 1 hours 45 minutes when hit the 40 plus kilometers of bad gravel road. Otherwise. Great hosts, food not so great, breakfast is awesome and buffet, nice animals, wifi router in the room.

This is a cozy area to relax and be away from anything. It’s not to crowded and very quite. The road in is a hustle small cars struggle to drive and your car will be dirty for sure. One thing I was not sure off is the food, it was too high and not good per person. We are one night and just decided to eat out. Breakfast was the same we couldn’t get different breakfast other than what they had. Over all the people where very nice and helpful. They changed our room to a bigger one and they were so nice I will book again and this time book the vila so I can make my own food.

Monate experience

Staying at Monate Game Lodge was perfect. As the name "Monate", it was an enjoyable experience. Starting from checking in with Danny, the lovely food courtesy of chef Nelson and team, the amazing service from Gabriel and team. Not to mention an outstanding massage experience with Caroline and an awesome game drive with Andreas to a perfect sunset. The Monate team rocks.
