"Door of the balcony on the ground floor after the cleaning was left unlocked. M Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back… "

"Despite the name - there is no luxury! Clean yes, but badly planned space with no decor - plastic covered mattress that caved in the middle. Chemical smell everywhere. It’s basically a two roomed apartment divided into a”luxury suite!!!” Where you share a kitchen and a security can watches! Cheaply appointed - not even proper curtains to block out light. No coffee, and cleaners waiting at your door while you’re trying too get ready to leave. Bad communication from property. Avoid at all costs!"

"Good location. You could walk to old part of town and shopping. Grocery store just around the corner. Could use a few more things in kitchen, kettle, larger frying pan. Overall, a great place to spend a few days"

"The area is accesible to the Bari centrale and to rail/ bus station for day trip out of Bari. Downfall the room wasnt noise proof from within the neighbors especially the residents above the property as noise at late night or early morning.Step or walking noise is loud and worse of sounds like a furniture being drag upon the flooring .And the loud bang of door closing. .Some times of sound of someone running up the stairs at late night. "This hotel felt like a palace after being on the go for so long in hotels all over Italy. Usually I prefer authentic but sometimes you just need a good pamper. Room and bed/comfort was blissful. Breakfast second to none. Exquisite! My only drawback was the shower had no shelf or place to keep razor, bar soap, or anything else you need. Frustrating to keep out of shower. Staff was great when interacting. I’d go back just for the breakfast buffet. Wow."

"Lovely staff, fantastic breakfast selection, great location (just a couple of minutes to Bari Central station). Would recommend if you’re using Bari as base to explore more of Puglia. Approx. 25 min walk to Bari old town but that didn’t bother us & plus we wanted to be near the station. "
