Family owned and operated. No elevator, but rooms on every half-landing. Rooms are large and offer kettles and small fridges - you might want yo ask for that individually so it can be cooled down before arrival. Breakfast available for 10 €, ask when check-in.

Very comfortable, clean, value for money hotel with friendly staff. Ideally placed very close to the railway station. The only downside thzt although it didn't effect me, others may need to consider is that's there's only stairs and no lift. There are only a couple of rooms on each of the six floors

Liked its location next to the main station (Hauptbahnhof), with the main shopping streets nearby, but its location in the pedestrian area made pickups by taxi challenging. Generous breakfast buffet, but no cooked breakfast available. My room was on third third floor with no lift, so it is not for those with mobility issues. The room had no carpeting, and so you need to bring your slippers. On the first night the soap container in the shower was empty; I am sure that they would have fixed it quickly, but, when you are naked in the shower, you do not feel like calling them. Luckily I brought a bar of soap with me. On the third night the soap container above the wash basin was empty. I expect these things to be checked before I arrive! The TV had a large number of channels, but almost all of them were in German; the BBC was listed as a channel, but there was no signal. I was annoyed that I could not get an invoice from Expedia, but that is not the hotel's fault. The hotel did in fact give me an invoice, but only for the amount that Expedia paid them, not what I paid Expedia.

Der Bahnhofsvorplatz in Mönchengladbach wird derzeit umgebaut. Dies bringt natürlich Probleme mit sich, die aber den Ablauf im Hotel in keiner Weise betreffen.

Waren für eine kurze Nacht im Hotel uns am nächsten morgen mit einem Leihwagen weiter zu reisen. Lage ist perfekt, leider kein Aufzug was es mit viel Gepäck sehr umständlich macht.

Praktisches Hotel. Nähe zum Bahnhof. Nettes Personal. 15 Fuß Minuten in die Altstadt. Günstiges ausreichendes Frühstück. Für ein Heimspiel der Borussia Tagestrip nach Düsseldorf genau das Richtige.

Der Empfang war sehr nett, das Zimmer funktionell ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück hatten wir alles was wir brauchten, der Service hier war ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes mit der entsprechenden Klientel. Aber das weiß man ja vorher und dafür ist man auch nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

De kamer was ruim en schoon en prima ingericht. De koelkast werkte niet en er stond een ventilator terwijl er was geadverteerd met een airconditioning. Met de ramen dicht was het stil maar met het raam op een kier kwam er veel geluid van buiten. Parkeren moet in een parkeergarage voor 9.60 per dag.
