"The staff was very courteous. When I drove up to the place it looked like it was abandoned. The Ramada sign out front was flickering and the parking lot was in very poor shape. The room I was given was okay. It was accessible which I didn't ask for but it was okay. The TV didn't work it didn't even turn on. There was a stench coming from the area that the mini fridge was in like somebody had peed in there. It needs to be cleaned. I didn't smell it until after the room warmed up but it was the first thing that I smelled this morning. I did mention that to the girl at the desk and she said she would see about maybe refunding some of my money. I haven't heard anything yet."
