The main lift to all 9 floors from reception wasn't working for 2 days. We were 'all inclusive' and the range of food at meal time was exceptional. Restaurant staff were really efficient in cleaning tables when guest left. Overall, a great place to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. For a 3-star hotel with a reasonable price, the food was surprisingly good. The best part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their positive attitude made everything easier and more enjoyable. I also loved the location – having a beach and a shopping center nearby was a big plus for me. I didn’t use the water park, but it looked clean and well-kept. The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This is my second stay here, and Thevroom was better this time, the hotel is very basic, but the areabis why I come. Taurito is lovely, nice beach 5 mins walk and great restaurants along the broadwalk such as Sunset Taurito where you find unlike in the hotel friendly service with a smile. Livvo needs better customer service, to make up for its basic outdated property

When assessing the hotel you must keep in mind that, with the water park connected to it, the target group is families with children. For adults without kids seeking some peace and quiet, the Suite Princess closer to the beach is the better deal. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to have a room towards the northern end of the hotel, away from the pool with the noise and loud music playing all day. The hotel itself is not really new or modern anymore, some minor repairs here and there wouldn't do any harm, but it is clean, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The three meals per day that are inclusive were clearly more than we could handle, we were happy to skip lunch and just serve ourselves to a free snack at the pool (hamburger, hot dog, sandwich) when we felt like it. The meals themselves are a bit bland and repetitive in the course of a week, but we didn't mind. A plus if you are staying with kids is that entry to the water park is for free, which lets you go and do the slides whenever you like. The space in front of and between the hotels is car-free, so you can let even small children run without having to worry about traffic. Entertainment is right in front of the hotel, our kids especially enjoyed the mini disco every evening. You shouldn't mind the noise, though. All in all a great place to get away from the daily grind for a while with your kids.

Godt utvalg av mat og drikke på all inclusive. Hyggelig personell i resepsjonen og matsalen. Fint uteområdet med basseng og badeland. Passer bra for barnefamilier. Må ta buss eller taxi til andre steder dersom man vil spise et annet sted enn hotellet. Kort spasertur til stranda. Rommet derimot var gammelt og skittent. Gulvet var møkkete og det lå hår fra tidligere gjest. Dusjen var ekkel. Ble tett av å være på rommet og klærne luktet jord. Mugg på gardinene. Kommer ikke tilbake!
