"We stayed in the hotel just one night and that was enough to see everything, but if you want to do more activities like rafting, zipline, or horseback riding I would stay for more days. The nature is all around the property, beautiful exotic gardens and lots of animals to spot. You need to try their products for hair that’s coms from their spa, hands down. I wish they had online shop I would be their regular customer. "

"The hotel grounds are stunning with an array of colorful flowers, beautiful birds, and short paths that easily connect you to the buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant several times and each meal was delicious. All of this, plus convenient access to Parque Rincon de la Vieja!"

"Hotel is very good, clean, and friendly staff. Attached restaurant is excellent and available for breakfast and dinner. English and Spanish is spoke at front desk and restaurant. We will come again."
