"As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest . I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped . I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . "Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees."

The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome .
