The only negatives we experienced were that the rooms were too warm and the AC doesn’t really work; opening the windows is fine but since there is no net it’s easy for bugs to get into the room. "Far from Barcelona and public transportation into the city is not easily accessible. You will spend way more in taxis/ubers trying to get into the city and back to the hotel. The property itself is nice, clean, and the staff is helpful."

"I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!"
