The lobby furniture was in a very poor condition with significant rips and tears In sine seat cushions and arms. A diffuser filled the air with an overpowering scent and the grounds needed work. The buffets had a good variety of food but it was middle of the road at best. Not particularly hot or tasty, merely adequate. The staff were pleasant but did but go out of their way to be extra helpful or welcoming. We were quite disappointed, given the reviews we had read and upon which we based our selection of hotels.

Nice relaxing place with a nice pool. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and the AC was not enough to sleep well (the room never got below 24C).

Excellent and charming staff.A little understaffed at the weekend. Very enjoyable stay, very clean , food was good and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

This hotel are now having cycle tours staying. They are so noisy when in the restaurant and when collecting their bikes and returning. They are loud and slam doors early and late, also wear cycling shoes to pace up and down hotel bedroom, they have no respect for other guests... Would not return to this hotel for this reason.

Very good but........
We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel was super clean and the staff respectful and helpful. The food in the restaurant was to a good standard ,could have been more choices and the food warmer ,but what we had was very nice. The location is in a quiet spot ,behind the golf course but Mojacar is very accessable if you want it. Really the only downside was the cost of a gin and tonuc in the bar, a small point i know but very annoying. I ordered a g&t for my wife which had little gin it , she couldn,t taste it....i think it must of evaoorated between the bar and our table and we were charged 6.70 for it...a premium price for what should have been a premium drink..!! Needless to say she chose differently for the rest of our stay. Apart from that we had a good break although we may try another hotel next time.

Our stay coincided with the last 3 days before the Hotel closed. The room we had was a sea view which was nice but the room itself is very basic. Definitely not 4 star. the buffet breakfast was good and the anti virus arrangements were very good. The staff were friendly. Parking available but not enough to accommodate all guests.

Hotel was very nice and amenities excellent. The only thing I was disappointed with was having to share a common room with another couple. Every time we went to get coffee to drink they had used it all even all water. Cups were used so if you wanted to use them you had to wash them before hand. It would have been better for the machine to be in your room instead. Would think again about booking the room which I had as it had been for a special occasion for us both.I did speak with the reception manager before I left.

Great modern hotel, great staff, great vfm.
This is a lovely new hotel set back a bit from the rocky foreshore and a couple of kilometres either way to Garrucha or Mojacar Playas. Good pool and loungers though so not too much of a problem. Bikes cost 10€ a day to hire, (20€ for electric) if you want to get out and about. Buffet is as you would expect, varies theme from night to night and there is an option for meat or fish to be cooked to order from the chef’s station. We got a great intrnet deal with hotels com for half board which was fine for us. Great modern value for money, a bit far out but staff all fantastic and helpful. You won’t go wrong with this one but check it’s location out first on Google Earth.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The terrace out the back where they have evening entertainment is great, the staff always make sure people have drinks and somewhere to sit. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and always have a smile and greet you warmly. The pool area is lovely along with the pool bar. Being an adult only hotel, means it’s lovely and quiet, with the odd chatter and laughter. We only stayed b&b for one night. The room we booked was a basic double, and you get what you book, our room was 107, which was on the first floor overlooking the car park. Unfortunately it was very noisy with people chattering outside, the noise of people arriving in cars kept us awake, so not a great nights sleep. The room was ok not the best I have stayed in, the air con was just ok not very powerful. Overall a nice hotel, breakfast is great with a great selection, and we had English speaking guests we could chat too 😀.

Nice hotel. Very clean and great facilities. Check in was a bit of a faff, as I had to log onto their wifi, to log into my email to forward them the booking confirmation from expedia, which I have never had to do before. The room was nice, but there was an initial arm-pitty smell, which did go. Maybe air-con? The safe did not work and the balcony door would not lock, but I reported this to reception and both were fixed that day, and they left a bottle of cava in the room as a sorry, which is fine. Prices at the hotel for food and drink were reasonable.

Very nice hotel but no beach to lie on. If you wanted to lay on the beach and go in the sea you needed to walk about 20 minutes either way as it was rocky and pebbly near the hotel.

Slightly lacking
Although first impressions were good the hotel is mainly geared to all inclusive and the dinner choice was only a buffet style offering, no choice for a la carte and a fair walk to any other restaurant so you really need a car to stay here! Another point is there is obviously a big cycling clientele which we were not aware of and whilst lying around the pool large numbers of Lycra clad ones come riding through the pool area to get to their cycle stop which was not great when you are lying and relaxing on a sunbed!!

Quiet Hotel.
Excellent hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Golf course next door. Spa on site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a very relaxing massage and facial in the spa. Will definately stay at this hotel again.

Would definitely return
Great hotel, nice facilities! Spa if your not feeling up to heading out. Amazing breakfast choices! One of the best buffets I’ve ever had. Didn’t get chance to try the lunch or dinner, but I imagine they are also great. Cava on arrival and sweets everywhere!!! 😍

Cold room
Huge hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was cold and took forever to heat up due to the complicated air conditioning system. For a country that has thousands of orange trees the orange juice was diluted rubbish.
