"OK for the basics. Clean room, comfortable bed. Check-in was weird, had to speak to a person on a screen on a kiosk. Communication somewhat difficult, but it went smoothly enough. But, honestly, would much rather check in with a person at the reception desk then try to make myself understood to someone speaking to me over a TV screen at a different location. Subsequent customers spoke to a different person on the kiosk, so was obvious we were being checked in by people at a call center. Would rather not repeat that experience."

"The carpeting is very old and needs a good carpet shampooer to all the dirt out. The mattresses and pillows are stained. There are fitted mattress covers and fitted sheets that helps put a layer between the stained mattresses. The beds are comfortable. Some of the pillows are stained and some are new. There are three pillows per bed. I love the staff. They are courteous, helpful, and friendly. If I need toilet paper or towels then I get help straight away. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and work well. The shower head could be replaced, but it works. The toilet and sink works well. The room air conditioner works great! The pool is big, but since it is autumn the water is super cold. It took us about 10 minutes to get used to the cool water. Overall I am satisfied with our stay here."
