"The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

"Excellent hotel - situated right next to the top tourist site of the Maori village and the Geo-thermal walks. The hotel swimming pool is heated with the same thermal waters - so you can have the same experience as in other paid Spas in Rotorua (but for free!) The room was spacious, well furnished. Had a good coffee maker machine as well. Nice bed, good friendly staff. Lots of free parking space available. Overall, very happy with the hotel. "

"A great location, but the hotel parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Room was good with a view of the lake. Storage for E-bikes was provided. Breakfast was great, no real complaints at all. "

"Atmosphere dull and depressed. I booked a apartment style room with a full kitchen. Kitchen had 2 cups, 2 water glasses, 2 wine glasses & 2 teaspoons. No plates, cutlery or cooking equipment. The fridge facade was broken, lounge furniture was small and lost in such a large space. Spa bath was broken and had been for sometime given the preprinted apology card which told me to enjoy the bath with bath bombs available at reception for $5.
