"We only had one night in Ribe with our two teenage children, so wanted accommodations with plenty of space. Storkesøen was perfect! We had a large a-frame cabin with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. it was so nice to hit the grocery store and be able to come back and make dinner and breakfast. "Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin! Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, we arranged the time of 9.00AM via text message. When we went down there were no clean tables to sit at so we waited...

"The location was perfect for the business trip. The accomodation itself was clean and tidy although basic and was in need of an update. I ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory but thats just because no cereal available and basic continetal of meat, cheese and bread isnt my thing. The service was fantastic and friendly, I requested an irion and board and this was brought to my room within 2 minutes. I will use again when next in the area."
