"locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. "Rooms are nicely furnished and always very clean. Our room overlooked the grass courtyard and it was very peaceful. Hotel is located next to many hiking and biking trails that go thru countryside and next to the river.
Staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best."
