"This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Staff we very helpful and welcoming!"

"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"Check In instructions were given to me prior to my arrival without me having to initiate the conversation. LOVE a proactive company! Hotel was a 15 minute walk from Pisa Centrale and a 15 minute walk to all major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of international dining/shoppiNg. The business offers free coffee/tea/water and use of a mini fridge/microwave. There was also a bottle/can opener located on top of the fridge for people to use. If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer."

"Our stay was a delight. The hotel is lovely and has a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Alina in the breakfast room always gave perfect service. And I can’t say enough about how exceptional Alessandro at the reception is. Highly recommended, Il nostro soggiorno è stato un piacere. L'hotel è incantevole e ha un'ottima posizione. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Alina nella sala colazione ha sempre fornito un servizio perfetto. E non posso che elogiare quanto sia eccezionale Alessandro alla reception.
