"First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk.
Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend."
"Have accurate and detailed directions to this property in the description of the property on Expedia, plus a note that you will have to haul your luggage up stone steps, so if you have mobility issues it will be a problem. If this is first time booking and not familiar with the area, you will need all the help you can get. We arrived yesterday by car. From the description and directions we had no idea this place is up stone stairs behind a restaurant. Very confusing to our Apple Maps guide and to us. I had to phone the place and get better directions. Never did see any staff. Staff time in reception is limited, says they are there until 2PM but check in is 3 PM. Some confusion and misunderstanding as to where room keys would be. It was a very stressful situation for us. And there were ants in our room. Would’ve been rather charming if we were aware of where it was.
We wouldn’t stay here again, but I would say, give a better description and detailed directions and let people make their own choice."
"Our room was on the small side, but the location is spectacular. The hotel itself is clean and modern. They were very helpful on providing us with a bag breakfast and transfer for our 4:30 am departure. Very convenient to Dubrovnik Airport. Lovely little coastal town, wish we had a longer stay."
"I highly recommend this place to everyone! The staff was amazing, the property was very clean, and the best part was definitely the view from our villa — absolutely breathtaking"
"Property is beautifully landscaped with lots of different levels with patio tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Location is wonderful as it is close to the promenade and the sea and some nice cafes and restaurants. Quiet at night.
Communication was confusing as I sent in my arrival time more than once and had no response. Finally (the day of) was told I can't check in until 2 despite my messages saying my arrival was earlier. It didn't matter as I arrived after 2 anyway. No one was there when I arrived and I had to holler "hello" and wait around until someone showed up. It's a bit unnerving when you want to get to your room. This might just be the expedia communication services and not the property. The property contact number was not on WhatsApp though so that made things tricky.
I had to lug my suitcase and bags up several flights of stairs so be prepared.
The building is older, which is fine, but some decor/essentials could be updated a bit. Towels were threadbare and not very inviting to use. Room decor is just outdated and likely hasn't been changed since the building's opening. The shower in my room was quite small and I'd keep hitting the faucet and changing the temperature every time I turned around because there was no room to move. Also, no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower (unless you use the top of the toilet). The shower curtain is also pretty useless as water ran out of the shower."
"This Hotel deserves at least one more star. I love everything about it. The only thing I regret is not staying for a little longer. I was driving so going to Dubrovnik City Center was not a problem, around 13 to 15 minutes away. Loved"
"Really dirty, food was poor canteen quality, with an all inclusive I could not get decaf coffee, the said I had to pay. Save ur money dont do the all inclusive go out and eat. It was horrible"
"We had a fabulous time in this hotel it is well positioned for trips and very close to the beautiful Dubrovnik, the rooms had just been refurbished, staff very friendly, great breakfast, overall a very enjoyable stay would recommend for a long weekend, would defo stay here again"
