The hotel was perfect the location was beautiful, but the people were were so very kind and beyond friendly I personally would put those things before anything else. Great service is hard to find but if you stay here know you will be treated fabulous your safe and the food is splendid, will most certainly be coming back👍

The things we liked: the rooms are big. The property is a big complex with a great gym, restaurant and coffee shop. Great view. The staff is friendly especially the service people (Baraka, the people working at the spa/gym, and the folks cleaning the rooms). The things we didn’t like: 1. we had made a special request and asked for the manager who would not talk to us and instead kept sending the reception lady back to us. 2. The rooms are quite old and the humidity level is VERY bad. 3. The food at the restaurant is not the best you’ll take for a coastal hotel. A few things that made for a big negative feeling during our stay which we shortened to go to another resort in Diani Beach.
