"I will definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh. The room and bathroom were very spacious, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Room temp remained comfortable the entire time. The breakfast options were great and freshly made. Even biscuits and gravy, real eggs and a pot of oatmeal were offered along with the usual waffles, toast, yogurt, oranges, apoles, juice, coffee, soda and cereal. Coffee was really good as well. Guest Checkin was fast and friendly and the workers attending breakfast were so nice. They greeted you and helped. One even offered to wash my lid to my insulated cup for me and she did! "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Signed up for rewards program and they gave me free late check-out which was very helpful. Just a very good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Pittsburgh. "

"Beautiful hotel!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free valet service made checking in a breeze. The buffet style hot breakfast was nice, we ate outside with river views. We were in town for a show, so only walked through the casino for a late night bite to eat, but it was nice too. "
