NO BUENO!

Bad Customer Service... they request you to email although when you do, they don't respond. We were lost trying to find the location and they were very unhelpful, hang up on me during a phone call while trying to gain assistance. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!!

Não estava ninguém para nos receber nem tinham lá qualquer número de telefone para podermos avisar que tínhamos chegado. Os contactos mencionados no recibo de pagamento não estavam ativos ou não atendiam. Valeu-nos um Espanhol vizinho que telefonou para os Apartamentos Galatino, caso contrário, teríamos que ir dormir a outro lado. Estivemos umas horas à espera. Não gostamos.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, aber leider kein Frühstück!

-leider kein Frühstück, obwohl zuvor als zubuchbar versprochen -ansonsten sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr ordentlicher Standard -zuwenig Kochgeschirr und Tassen -leider kein Satelittenfernsehen -ansonsten sehr schön!

Great Apartment, Great View

Our apartment (13b) was immaculate and spacious. Although my ski aching body missed a bath the sauna/shower was a great surprise. We arrived before earliest check in but the check in guys helped us out by letting us change in another room. There was lots of storage and hooks for ski gear. Underground car parking and a secure closet for ski gear was free and the balcony off the living room was a bonus

Lo recomiendo

Acogedor. Bien distribuido y muy coqueto. Amplio. Tanto la cocina como el baño están perfectamente equipados. Por poner una pega... quizá la TV está obsoleta.

Excelente apartamento de esqui

Nos alojamos 5 personas, apartamentos amplios, modernos y bien decorados, con excelentes vistas de la estación de Sierra Nevada, parking propio con acceso directo, los mejores que he estado en Sierra Nevada, ya he repetido anteriormente. Muchas gracias Encarna por tu atención y amabilidad.
