Great size room! Working and clean pool! Satisfying breakfast

We are happy you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the Indoor heated pool & hottub. Our Breakfast in the morning offers many cold & hot options with many varities and glad you had a nice breakfast to start your day.
hotel was clean and room was nice and large. Problem
was room was noisy. Room faced interstate Hwy 20 and it was close and quite noisy.

First hotel in forever that had ceiling fans. That was a huge plus since I'm use to sleeping with one. Had a more home like feel to the room. Bed was super comfy with great quality bedding. It was quiet and clean. Customer service top of the line. By far my favorite hotel in Monahans. Would highly recommend.

Family friendly? Yeah right
It costs me $250 more for my dog to stay because this is not a pet friendly place like it said when i booked the room. I would have cancelled but it was non refundable and the front desk to cash for the dog deposit and didnt give me a receipt. The town its in is a dump. The pillows were the sizes you would have on ur couch and the temp only goes doen to 70 in the room.

At check in you initialed on the check in folio that there will be a $250 fine for bringing a pet into the hotel since we do not allow them. Clearly on our hotels.com website as well as all booking websites it states pets are not allowed but service animals are welcomed. Due to you booking your reservation through hotels.com and made payment to them they are the ones who will send you the receipt of your stay to the email you provided when making the reservation. I as the hotel manager was walking in the hallway and the dog was faintly barking as to how I noticed there was a pet in the room.

This hotel was fabulous for our purpose! It was clean, the room was large and clean, the staff courteous. The check in process was fast and easy. There were numerous options at the free breakfast bar but my favorite was the Texas shaped waffles!

I liked how spacious and nice the room was. I didn't like how the front desk man was rude. As it was his English was not very good so when I couldn't understand him and ask him what he said he would get upset yell and be sarcastic.

I'm sorry for the misunderstand we will address the issue immediately and have it resolved.
The hotel smelled musty and old. Our room was 80° and i couldn't turn it off or down. Could barley breath because it was so hot. The manager maid a point to come up to our room and tell us if the electricity went out we would not be refunded our money no matter what, and that no one was allowed to visit us no outside guests including my husband who wasn't with us at check in. He was very rude about it.We decided to try out the pool and it was ice cold in the indoor pool the temperature was set to 62° on the wall. We looked in the pool and it was grimy and dirty along the bottom with broken pieces of stuff in it and in the hot tub. We didnt even stay the night we went and rented another hotel room at a different hotel. We didnt even spend a total of 4 hours total from check in to when we left. Save your money and go somewhere else.

WE ONLY CALLED BECAUSE OF ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS GOING OUT IN THE AREA AND LET U KNOW. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. THE THERMOSTAT ALSO SHOWS THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM THE POOL AND HOTTUB IS WELL HEATED.
The property was okay, the room was spacious and AC got nice and cold. The strange thing was the king bed, it had only two small square pillows. Next time id likely stay at the Holiday Inn across the road

Benny checked us in promptly and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a great one. He asked if we knew what we wanted to do for dinner and offered suggestions and menues...even what was best time to avoid waits. Facility is very nice with larger than usual breakfast area.

close to free-way, good room size but bed sheets/towels had some yellow strains. Foods with expiration dates such as Yogurt were expired for a while, so watch out for that.
