My family and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was the pool was closed. Staff claimed it was seasonal.

Totally disappointed that they advertised a pool and hot tub but don’t advertise that it’s closed for the season. The pool and hot tub still had water. I specifically booked for the pool. Staff apologized but didn’t really care since I had booked from Expedia. Once they realized that i didn’t matter

This was definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. There were stains all over the walls and our room actually had blood on the curtains. There was scotch tape attached to the archway of the room. Our AC UNIT and remote control did not work as well. The pool was nice but there were all kinds of bugs in there as if no one had cleaned it. The food was very poorly done, and a lot of the pastries had black spots as if they were molded. The only upside to this stay was the front receptionist, I didn’t get her name but she had reddish hair in a bun. She remedied all of our issues.

Stay was terrible room Smelled of smoke. Woke up to dogs barking all hours fake finger nails left in the bathtub. Makes me wonder if it was even cleaned. Customer service is terrible. Would never stay here again.

The bathroom wasn't clean at all!! There was "pee" on the toilet seat and the sink didn't have a stopper for the water to fill. The bed was missing bed sheets, which the cleaning lady was "embarrassed" and immediately corrected both issues. The manager on duty was made aware of these issues.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. And the bed was comfortable.

Suite is HUGE. Easily slept 7 people (with roll-away). Room was clean, pool was nice (hot tub not hot), lobby area nice. Breakfast was hot and cold with more choices than I’ve seen anywhere. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

It was great stay staff was all friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel staff I have ever been in. I appreciate the morning staff, I didn’t catch their names but they were so great! But I want to give a special thanks to Michaela and Mandy from the afternoon shift for excellent service and how kind they are make you feel so welcome. We came in late at night and they both were very considerate and went beyond to help my family so we could get good nights rest. May God bless y’all always. 😊
