The hotel is in a great location, just 20 yards from the Mostar Bridge, with its own restaurant both inside & outside & easy access to the old town & shops. Breakfast was fantastic & the staff were helpful. One issue with the hotel is fire safety. There are no fire notices or smoke alarms in the rooms or common areas & no fire exits marked or available that we could see. There is a narrow staircase up to the rooms (no lift) & the bathrooms are very small.
It's in a great spot for the bridge but can also be noisy if you are in a room at the front. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Overall our stay was ok but we would not return.

New room amenities. AC, Shower, Wi-Fi were all great. Staff were super helpful and nice. The breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend it. Great variety and quality! Parking is reasonably priced and right next door.
