This hotel was a budget choice so I didn't expect perfection. The hotel lobby and the restaurant were quite good. We were pleased with the selection of food offered and the ambiance. The room itself was a bit run-down, but that is typical for this area. This hotel was far better than others we've stayed at in Monastir, so we recommend it to others. The pool was nice and the waterslides were a very fun addition for our children. All in all, a good choice for the price.

The hitel is poorly cleaned, and rooms are super outdated , no safe , no hair dryer, beach towels are more like tissue paper and still you have to keep a cash deposit...

A fuir en urgence

Temps d'attente de plus de 3h pour faire le chekin ! A deux reprises g failli quitter l'hotel et partir sans revenir ! Au début on nous fait attendre pour nous donner une chambre minuscule au premier étage proche de la cuisine et des odeurs et sans aucune vue !!! ensuite on nous dit que l'hotel est complet et on nous peut plus nous fournir une autre chambre. nous avons donc été très dèçu, furieux et pret à quitter l'hotel même si le montant a été débité en entier. de 13h à 16h assis à la reception entre attente colère et fatigue et enfin on nous donne une chambre normale sans sensation d'emprisonnement au deuxième étage (lhotel a deux étages seulement). La plage est degeu et bcp de touristes algériens qui se poussent et se basculent dans le restaurant bref, A fuir si vous voulez rester zen !

Etat désuet des chambres, et des infrastructures. Sur facturation de la réception : 50Dinars pour un taxi pour l'aéroport (qui est à 10/15 min de l'hotel) contre 20Dinars, la carte puce téléphone pour 25Dinars vs 5Dinars en commerce.

Très très déçu hôtel vaut 1 étoile et encore.

Hygiène 0 pleins de mouches et fourmis sur la nourritures équerant le buffet deujeuner diner toujours la meme nourriture pendant tout le sejours et je peux dire même de la veille chambres petites pour 4personnes pas de bar sur la plage comme s'est dit sur le site beaucoup de mensonges et arnaques moitiés des boissons payantes café et lait s'est infecte c'est juste de l'eau et goudron aucun goût de café pourtant j'ai fait presque le monde entier en tout inclus ce n'est pas pareil du tout je suis très déçu c'est mes vacances les plus gâchis de tout mes vacances passés avant y'a que l'animation plus au moins potable le soir. Hotel situé en plein désert rien autour pour sortir le soir vraiment vraiment déçu surtout que j'ai payé trop cher si moins ça vallait la peine.pluw de voyage avec EXPEDIA

Dit hotel valt op door de gemoedelijk sfeer. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het de klant naar de zin te maken. Er is een heel goed animatieteam aanwezig,dat voor alle leeftijden beschikbaar is. Het restaurant is zeer smaakvol ingericht,de maaltijden zijn smaakvol en gevarieerd.

Small but nice. Clean with friendly service.

Smaller resort but that makes it kind of nice. We were there beginning of May so was quite quiet. Buffet (breakfast and dinner) is small but tasty, so we left satisfied without overeating. Beach was very clean and staff is friendly. Would stay again!

Bof bof ... pas terrible

Le personnel de l hotel n est pas tres acceuillant notamment la receptionniste. Les clients sont delaissés surtout lorsque l'ont ne fait pas partis d'un groupe de touriste ! La nourriture n'est pas terrible. Le dernier soir, une fete privee a ete organisée pour une famille fortunee tunisienne (pt etre la famille du proprietaire), donc nous n' avons pas pu dormir jusqu'a 2h du mat tellement la musique etait forte, donc manque total de respect envers les residents. C est dommage car c est un tres bel hotel, les chambres sont tres spacieuses et la vue sur mur est vraiment sympa. Belle piscine, tobbogan (fonctionne 1h dans la journee sauf quand cette meme famille est au bord de la piscine, le tapis rouge est deroulé et la tout fonctionne et le personnel est autour, en clair on achete tout et surtout tout le monde avec l argrent ...). La mer est magnifique (malgré des petites rencontres avec mmes meduses qui laisse quelques traces). En bref, hotel en totale perdition, a eviter tant que le pays n'ira pas mieux et que les touristes ne seront pas revenus ... Preferez un petit hotel ou le service est bien meilleur

Super vacances

Le sejour au sein du Neptunia a ete tres agréable. Le personnel (restauration, bar,ménage, animateurs) et le directeur étaient toujours tous présents, souriants et aux petits soins. Tres bonne ambiance faite par les animateurs, les vacanciers étaient super. Le buffet était varié et pour ma part la plupart des plats étaient bons. Je recommande cet hôtel pour vacances amis et famille MAIS je conseille d'être véhiculé car il n'y a rien autour si vous voulez sortir la journée.

Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans cet hôtel le directeur et le personnel très sympa les chambres propres la piscine et la plage très agréable et la nourriture avait au moins du gout.la prochaine fois nous reviendrons plus longtemps
