"When we first entered the room, there was a dirty cleaning rag on one of the toilets, and there was blood on the second toilet's seat. There were lipstick lip marks on the couch and on the wall beside the couch. The chair at the desk in the room needs to be replaced (felt like you were sitting on a hole in the middle of the chair). The hot tub in the pool area had a foul odour and had lots of foam on the surface (indicative of a lack of proper chemicals being used - the foam is from skin, oil, sweat, doderant etc...). The property offered us 50% off one of our 2 nights or a free night at a future date. We took the 50% off and will never stay at this hotel again."

"Hands down, this was one of the grossest, most poorly maintained hotel I've ever stayed at. The room we were initially assigned to, had a chair covered in disgusting stains in every color you could imagine, the shower was covered in black mold, and there was still garbage littered throughout the room. We were so uncomfortable that we didn't even want to sit on anything let alone sleep in the bed or use the shower. I had requested a new room at the front desk, but the woman working was not very willing to help me. I had to push to get a different room and even told her we would leave for another hotel. At over $200/night the service and property were horrible. The new room we were switched into still had black mold in the shower, the sink in the bar would not drain, there was no coffee in the coffee setup, and it looked like blood was splattered all over multiple walls. Also there was no DND signs in either room"

"Hot tub jets weren't powerful. Elevator was broken which didn't affect us but we felt bad for the older couple ahead of us that were surprised with suddenly having to take the stairs."

"Make sure to take valuables out of your vehicles! Ours was broken into in the back parking lot. Nothing but change was taken but it was rummaged through."
