When I get there, as a lone female at 10pm at night, it's nowhere near obvious where this place is and I cannot get hold of them to find out. "Location is like an oasis in the countryside, situated in the middle of a pristine golf course. Family room was spacious and impressive - the first 2 storey hotel room we’ve stayed in! Swimming and spa facilities were great, however was unstaffed so had to bring own towels from upstairs. Breakfast was scrumptious, although to be charged afterwards was a bit of a surprise (we were told it was included at check-in). Overall, a lovely relaxing stay at the end of our European road trip."

"This is a good budget option, especially in advance of a flight from LUX airport. It's clean and relatively quiet, with all you need for a quick stay and much more affordable than most of the local hotels, including the airport Ibis. If you want breakfast, pay in advance. They start breakfast at 7, so that was helpful for an early flight, but the price was high for what you get at the buffet. One key complaint: the coffee is horrible. The rooms only have instant packets, and at breakfast, there is an instant machine- the kind hotels used twenty years ago. We went down the street to the patisserie for a coffee. A coffee machine upgrade in this hotel would make it excellent. Night check-in staff was wonderful, but the morning staff was a bit gruff."

"This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! "
