"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. "Some rooms are updated more than others but the only difference is the bathroom. AC is good. Bed is good. Room is clean. Room cleaning staff is good. Breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner is good excellent. Food staff/waiters are excellent. Everyone very nice. Only drawback is the stairs to go anywhere on the property. You will descend and climb hundreds of stairs on a daily basis. So you need to be in shape to stay at this hotel. There’s not much to do in Gaeta city overall. There’s a lot of restaurants some good and some ok."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Formia. The views were beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the hotel provided us with complimentary beach chairs. The brunch was delicious, and the location is excellent—it's a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the area. The only downside was that there was an event taking place during the evening. The music was so loud that we could hear and feel it vibrating in our room until midnight, which made it difficult to rest. That said, the hotel handled the situation very well by offering us a complimentary meal / drink, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. However, if you're looking for a very quiet and peaceful getaway, I suggest checking with the hotel in advance to see if any events are scheduled during your stay because it can get very loud!"
