"The positives - the room was clean (aside from the cobwebs); the linen was clean; the kitchen was well equipped; and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The big negative - the accommodation was small, tired, dated and drab. To be honest - a bit depressing to stay in and very much low budget end. The outside future was co weed in algae and tired. The paths and room patio were covered in unswept hedge trimming and messy. The photos on the website make it look much nicer than it actually is. They do not reflect the reality."
