"This retro roadside motel is located conveniently - 25 minutes from Bethel Woods - is a bit rundown looking on the outside, but the inside has been spruced up with fresh paint and laminate flooring, fresh linens, extra blankets, sufficient towels and washcloths, minimalist decorating style. The windows have been painted shut but the wall AC unit works great. The room is large, beds are comfortable enough, with large walk-in closet, Roku TV, Coffee bar with complimentary k-cups. Amenities are pretty limited; no front desk or ice machine that Iโ€™m aware of, and, no evidence of Hot water at the bathroom sink (we didnโ€™t use the shower, so IDK about that.) I booked through Expedia and received a confirmation email from the property almost immediately, then as promised, received another email with instructions about our room location and the door code for self- check in. Iโ€™d recommend this place for it convenient location in Barryville NY, reasonable value, and level of comfort, but with a few suggestions for property management to address the tepid water, and, consider upgrading the window coverings for better light control."

"Everything was good. Place was clean, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was filled, the bathrooms were clean, the fridge was clean, the property was nice, the breakfast was good. It's not the Ritz but it's a nice, solid place to sleep over for wherever you need to go. A little dated. Who cares... I wouldn't stay there for my honeymoon or anything but it was everything I needed for a one night stay with kids heading upstate for the weekend. Breakfast has a waffle bar and microwave in room"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. The best part was the Manor's convenient location to the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts where we went to hear Josh Groban. All-in-all, it was a great birthday gift from my spouse."

"The location is great, the property is beautiful, the breakfast was ah-mazing, and Delanie is super cool! We opted for a suite in the barn which was super spacious and far nicer than the big expensive hotel we stayed at the night before in Philadelphia. It's very close to Bethel Woods and this area has a lot of fun country roads that I could spend all day on. Though we stayed for a concert, I will be back to check out the surrounding area!"
