"Great hotel at great location with great service and breakfast 6 am to 10 am. I would stay at this hotel again if I’m ever back in Ulaanbaatar. Only issue was that person or company the hotel assigned to pick me up at the airport did not show up. I had to get a taxi (which cost me half of what the hotel had quoted but the hotel needs a more responsible transportation contractor). It was frustrating after a very long flight not to be picked up as expected and having to find someone to contact hotel. "

We had a situation that needed resolved and the manager handled it perfectly and was extremely helpful and kind during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting UB. "

"Room is big and relatively new, but the bathroom design looks funny and no place to hang towels and cloths. TV channel difficult to set. Breakfast very simple and everyday the same and some days not even has chicken. Boring and foods are well prepared with sand/soil on green leaves, rotten apples served, etc..."
