There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. "Clean hotel and very functional rooms with around the clock shuttle service to the airport. Front desk was helpful but one of the restaurant staff was a snob and ruined our dining experience. I wish we kept our rental car a little longer because there weren't a lot of dining options within walking distance."
