"Stephanie checked us in and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Exceptional Customer service she made us feel very welcome.. made suggestions for things to do in that amazing perfect town.. She brought us a bottle of wine directly to our room and recommended that we reserve the hot tub which was private for me and my wife for a half an hour.. good morning breakfast was to die for with the views.. the hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance of absolutely everything.. the most pristine amenities and a wonderful gym to work out in the morning.. which we took advantage of.. the wife and I were a little disappointed that we didn't spend more time here but if we ever make it back out onto the West Coast we will be coming back to this town of Independence.."

"Everyone was very friendly. 3 kids, 2 adults and 1 dog, stressed and our new place wasn't ready for us to move in yet. But the staff here were great! Even with a misunderstanding (my side) it was handled respectfully and professionally. Our kids are pretty well behaved but I was prepared if stress may affect them, but they actually did great and staff was really good to them. Our youngest liked to go sit in the lobby, have a snack & read. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids kept saying how nice the staff was. During such an unexpected, overwhelming stressful time in our lives, I am glad we were able to stay here. We felt very comfortable there and I hope we were good to them as well. We truly appreciated them!"
