"Lovely property!! Staff is amazing! Good food!"

"What a gem of a hotel. Only a 45 min walk into Monopoli for those that are interested (uber/taxis are few and far between). The hotel grounds are immaculate, littered with olive trees and colourful flowers. The staff are attentive, polite and speak excellent English. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Breakfast was excellent with a continental buffet and Bacon, sausage and a selection of eggs etc. made to order fresh. We also had a pizza from the pool menu and it was excellent. The pool area itself was beautiful and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The only downside, which it appears affected all rooms, was a light outside the room entrance door which couldnt be turned off. It wasnt a major problem but a little annoying when trying to get to sleep (although the excellent cocktails at the bar certainly helped with that problem). When we return to this beautiful part of Italy, we will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent stay."

"Everything at the Masseria Fortificata Donnaloia was just exquisite. The masseria and its garden are beautiful. The staff are kind and competent. The location is perfect. I cannot wait to go back."
