"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Wow!!! We went up for only one night to explore some of Seattle and the room was one of the best parts.. full kitchen.. with all the utensils, dishes, sink had filtered water, fridge, stove, dishwasher. So clean and beautiful. We utilized the gym which was awesome, free breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
