"Pool shut down. Lobby was dirty. Stored supplies right behind counter on wall like trash bags etc. Room had a stained couch, trim fell off wall. Walked out right away."

"Extremely strong disinfectant odor in hall and room. Someone had thrown up at the door and it stayed there for two days. Barking dogs were heard all night long. This was in the "suite" building. The other building may have been different. The parking lot was in need of attention with many potholes. No personal care products like shampoo or tissues."

"I would like to rate the staff higher however this is the second year I have had an issue with the housekeeping staff. My husband and I attend an event not far from this hotel around the same time every year. Because the event doesn’t start until later in the day, I asked for a late checkout. For $15 I was given until 1 pm. But even though I had a late checkout, the housekeeping staff began knocking on my door at 9 AM. I told them to go away, which means I’m obviously occupying the room and I had not checked out. They then knocked on my door at 10 AM which I said please go away. I have a late checkout. And then at 10:30, I could hear someone trying to use a key card to open the door without knocking. Luckily, I had locked the deadbolt. At 11 AM, I received another knock in which I walked up to the door and said please go away. I have a late checkout. Call the front desk. And then again at noon, they knocked on the door. At this point, I was very upset. I told the housekeeper to please go away, that I had a late checkout, and that she needed to call the front desk. She just stood outside my door until I walked back to it and told her if you don’t leave, I’ll call them and tell them you’re harassing me. Due to a health issue it is difficult for me to sleep. All of this made it impossible. I used to work in a hotel- this was ridiculous."

"Room was sparkling clean. Check in was very easy. Nice breakfast and Lucy in the breakfast room was a treat to interact with! It is worth the drive off I-80 and would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was filthy and freezing. Hot tub was luke warm and the smell of chlorine was overpowering. "

"Check in was handled well, clerk was friendly and gave my dog a treat. Breakfast was very good, hotel seemed new and area was happening, with an outlet mall across the street and nice restaurants within walking distance. "

"Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and overall condition of the property was clean and in excellent condition. I did not provide a 5 star review because I specifically chose this place because they offered a 6:30am breakfast time and it was near my work. Both mornings that breakfast was available to me, it was closer to 7am before the hot food was ready and I had to skip breakfast on the morning of my checkout. Just beware that although the signs say breakfast starts at 6:30, the hot food is not ready at that time. "
