Spent a night here and it was a very bad experience. It was noisy most of the night mostly because of the other guests at the property. But also it is not well maintained, smelling bad and could see dirt on bed covers and blankets. The blankets also had cigarette holes in them. Entire floor felt slippery and the shower was not clean too.

They have roaches we told front office they called us a lie . But I have videos on my phone.. An check out is at 11 they send house keeping to your room at 9 for check out . Horrible staff.. The owner called my wife a man after we told him she was a women. . we are apart of LBGTQ COMMUNITY he got mad an said whatever.. Horrible place to stay

Staff is rude.. They don't fix things that are broke when you arrive they expect you to unclog toilets that where clogged when they put you in the room.... Just horrible

The microwave was rusted out even on the top on the inside it was all rusty there was something in the fent above the range that was full of some type of powder. The trash cans had black mold and the door was warpt on the top and on the bottom causing it not to close good

I paid for a delux double.. tv didn't work. We called down stairs 3 times an they said some body would be up to fix it.. nobody came.. an she didn't give a discount on next night.. an it didn't get fixed until 10 am the next day.. no clean towels are delivered by house keeping.. you have to go to t the front desk to get them an they don't tell you that when you check in..

Horrible stay….no way to get rest
Tried to ask for a first floor room but the clerk wouldn’t get off of her personal phone call long enough to listen to me. So, with a bad knee, I got an upstairs room. She told me it was one room number and I almost got jumped by someone telling me that was his room.then I found out that she gave me the wrong room number and the room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the stairs. So I had to lug stuff up stairs and across to the other end of the hotel. Then there was the wet paint on the railing that smeared all over my arm and luggage. Not even a full hotel, but I got the room that faces the busy highway with sirens and car engines all night. Then we got the next door neighbors that started banging onthe wall at 3am. they didn’t stop banging until I physically banged on the wall back at them. Wet paint on the bathroom door that wouldn’t close. No towels. Dirty appliances. Heater didn’t work. But at least I had a roof over my head.

The room is filthy and has a roach problem.
The room is filthy, with dead roaches in the cabinets, the walls were dirty. Even the coffee pot was dirty. There were no towels, the tv did not work and it had to be replaced. The check-in clerk acted as if we were infringing on her free time. Never again would I stay here

I have been staying there for almost 3 months. I got robbed in their parking lot. I was waiting on money to be sent to me i would have had it by 3 oclock. The owner came and literally thru my belongs outnof my room and down the stairs. Called me stupid and trash. He then called the police and told them i refused to pay or leave and has me and my belongs escorted of the property by 11:15. These people are rude and incinerate of anyones situation

The hotel room was not prepared for guests. The refrigerator, tv and bathroom light doesn’t work. However the front desk attendant was wonderful and brought us a light, because we were in Monroe for a funeral.

NO TV
We had no TV, the people were nice but that did not make up for not having a tv any better. They kept saying they would get it fixed but they didn't. A maintance man finally.came.amd "fixed it". It worked for 2 hours and then would not work any more.

My check in time was after 3:00 pm and I could cancelled before 4:00 pm the day of. Well I get a email that my card was trying to be charged for the room even though I selected pay at hotel. Even spoke with front desk beforehand. But they tried to charge my card before I checked in. Once I got there to check in she said total was different than the price I had in my confirmation. So past all that, we get to the room and it’s INFESTED with flies swirling all around the room and window. So i go back to front desk to advise of the issue and she tells me there are no more available rooms and that she’ll send someone to spray (LOL) but I’m upset at this point and she ignores the fact that I said anything about a refund!! Past all that she goes to the room and spray spray spray killing the flies, then come back to clean the mess up. After she leaves I go into restroom and it smell so bad like Urine as if someone been using it on floor for months! It REAKED OF URINE SMELL and nothing I bought and sprayed helped. Tv wouldn’t stay on, bed sheets were filthy and it was just awful. So I will never go there again. They need real housekeepers to come in and fully cleaned and sanitize every room every spot!
