"Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great)."

"Very near Yale university. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff were kind and helpful. I got a work out in their nice fitness room. I enjoyed my stay before making my self into NYC."
