My 12-yr old loved the waffle machine and hot sausage and eggs for breakfast. The pool area looks like it’s being renovated, but was still open and swimmable. Overall, for the price, it was well worth the stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. "

"Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer."

"Nothing like the photos, this is definitely somewhere junkies go to shoot up. Everything is old and falling apart. Luckily I only needed it for 1 night but i didnt get to enjoy it how I wanted . I never leave reviews but i dont want anyone to get tricked the way I did if your not from the area "
