While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. "The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom. The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night. "
